How It Works
The module accepts a higher DC input voltage and efficiently converts it to a lower adjustable DC output using a switching buck regulator. The voltage adjustment potentiometer sets the desired output voltage, while the current adjustment potentiometer limits the maximum output current. During normal operation, the module maintains the selected output voltage (CV mode). If the load attempts to draw more current than the preset limit, it automatically switches to constant current (CC) mode to protect the load and power source.
