Refund & Returns Policy
Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order. This policy explains product return eligibility, replacement conditions and refund process at Chip.pk.
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned or replaced only if the wrong item is delivered, the product is damaged on arrival, or a manufacturing fault is reported within the allowed time.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Burnt components, physically damaged items, water damaged products, wrongly connected modules, soldered items, modified boards, used batteries, cut wires, special-order items and clearance products are not eligible for return.
3. Reporting Time
Customers must report any issue as soon as possible after receiving the parcel. Claims made after the allowed inspection period may not be accepted.
4. Product Condition
The product must be unused, in original condition, with complete packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice. Items with missing parts or signs of misuse may be rejected.
5. Inspection Process
All return or replacement requests are subject to inspection by Chip.pk. Approval depends on product condition, issue type, and warranty or return eligibility.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, store credit, or the original payment method where applicable. Refund processing time may vary depending on payment provider or bank.
7. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from Chip.pk. Return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the case.
8. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible and available in stock, Chip.pk may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the same product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.
9. Electronics Usage Responsibility
Electronic components must be used with correct voltage, polarity, wiring and installation. Damage caused by incorrect usage, short circuit, overheating or wrong power supply is not covered.
