The Official Raspberry Pi 7 Inch Touch Display 800×480 Capacitive LCD is an official touchscreen display designed specifically for Raspberry Pi computers. It provides a responsive 7-inch capacitive multi-touch interface with an 800 × 480 pixel resolution, making it ideal for interactive projects such as smart home dashboards, industrial HMI systems, kiosks, media centers and portable Raspberry Pi devices.
The display connects using the DSI (Display Serial Interface), delivering both display and touch functionality through the Raspberry Pi's native display interface. Raspberry Pi OS includes built-in support for the display, allowing automatic configuration and on-screen keyboard functionality without installing third-party drivers.
Powered directly from the Raspberry Pi, the display supports up to 10 simultaneous touch points and includes mounting hardware, adapter board and connection cables for easy installation. It is compatible with Raspberry Pi 5, Raspberry Pi 4, Raspberry Pi 3, Raspberry Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi B+. Raspberry Pi 5 requires the appropriate 22-way to 15-way DSI cable, sold separately.
